The Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the
title of the bill on page 1, line 10, by striking the title of the
bill in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"
A BILL to amend and reenact §17C-19-3 of the Code of West
Virginia, 1931, as amended relating to removing the
requirement that persons arrested for a violation of a traffic
law be required to sign the citation or summons as a written
promise to appear in court as a condition of release form
custody."
